We print your item as soon as your order is confirmed (usually within 2–5 business days). Then we hand it over to the courier, who will deliver it based on your location. You’ll receive an email with the tracking link.
We do our best to show the product as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that every screen (phone or computer) is calibrated differently. Also, printing on fabric absorbs color slightly, so it can look more natural and woven into the fibers compared to the glow of a monitor.
Absolutely. We want you to feel proud wearing Totemay. If the fit isn’t right, email us at support@totemay.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
We’re obsessive about quality control, but human errors can happen. If you receive an item with a misprint or defect, send us a photo right away. We’ll ship a replacement immediately, at our expense. No questions asked.
