When will I receive my order?
We print your piece as soon as you confirm your order (usually within 2-5 business days). Once it is ready, we hand it over to the courier for delivery based on your location. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Are the real-life colors identical to the photos?
We do our best to show the product as accurately as possible, but every screen (phone or computer) displays colors differently. Also, ink on fabric is absorbed slightly, so the final result looks more natural and more integrated into the material than it appears on a monitor.
I chose the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Absolutely. We want you to feel good wearing Totemay. If the fit is not right, email us at support@totemay.com within 14 days of delivery and we will guide you through the exchange process.
What happens if the product arrives defective?
We are serious about quality control, but human error can happen. If your item arrives misprinted or defective, send us a photo right away. We will send you a replacement immediately at our expense. No hassle.
Are payments secure?
Absolutely. We use trusted payment gateways such as Stripe (for credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Your data is protected with SSL encryption, and we never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Yes, but you need to act fast. Email support@totemay.com immediately. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters production or ships. If it has already been shipped, we cannot stop it and you will need to follow the standard exchange process on our Shipping and Returns page.
