Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without any penalty, under the Italian Consumer Code and the applicable consumer protection laws.

If your order includes multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last product.

Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which you submitted your withdrawal request.

The deadline is met if you hand the package over to the courier or postal service before the 14-day period has expired.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective, incorrect or different item from the one ordered.

Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the amount paid, including any standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option will not be refunded.

If you withdraw only from part of the order, we will refund the price of the returned products.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

Submit your withdrawal request

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
