ORDERS

If your order has not entered production yet, we can modify or cancel it without any problem.

Please email us as soon as possible at support@totemay.com including your order number and any useful details.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be modified. You can still request a return by following the instructions on our Spedizione & Resi page.

Yes, we will send you a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, with all the details.

Although it is rare, it may happen that an item different from the one ordered is shipped, or that it has a defect.

In this case, please contact us promptly at support@totemay.com (preferably within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the issue), specifying your order number and a short description of the problem.

SPEDIZIONE

We ship to selected European countries. See Spedizione & Resi for the updated list.

Absolutely! You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Shipping is free on orders over €100.

Below this threshold, the shipping cost depends on the destination country and the product purchased.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Each item is made to order and then shipped.

Delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days from the time of shipment.

The total estimated time to receive your order, from production to delivery, is 7-10 business days (please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays).

If your parcel is not delivered or there is a problem with delivery, please contact us promptly at support@totemay.com. We will carry out the necessary checks with the courier.

If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, we may require an additional fee for reshipment.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

If you are unsure, fill out the Contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

To help extend the life of both the garment and the print, machine wash cold (maximum 30°C), inside out, using a delicate cycle and a detergent suitable for similar colors.

Tumble dry on low heat or, for better preservation, hang dry.

If needed, iron on low heat and always inside out, avoiding direct contact with the printed design.

Do not dry clean.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you need to exchange a product or change size, we offer a voucher for a future purchase on the site, equal to the total order value (product plus original standard shipping costs).

Yes, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

You can use the shipping service you prefer, as indicated on our Spedizione & Resi page.

We process refunds within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or proof that the return has been shipped.

Please note that Totemay reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have actually received the goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned.
